ACT Matrix Office Hours Trial Run

Save the date! On August 6th I will host the first of an ongoing open “office hours” meetup group. The group will meet for 1.5-hours and we can use that time to discuss anything ACT or ACT Matrix related, do case conceptualization work, or practice skills.
Really it’s up to us to see how we could best use that time, and I hope the group evolves into something sustainable and fun.
As I write this I am noticing my mind telling me all kinds of things that could go wrong like:
Nobody will show up.
We’ll have nothing to talk about
The group will dissolve after a few meetings
It won’t be as good as other groups
But I guess if any of those things happen it’ll be okay anyway. This is just an experiment and we’ll see if it works.
