I know, I know, everyone and their mother has a course these days.
And I know this isn’t the best time to launch one considering everyone who might be interested has just paid for the ACBS conference in a couple weeks.
But yes, I am currently putting the finishing touches on an ACT Matrix course, similar in style to ACT Immersion, the Praxis FACT course, and many others.
The main feature of the course is that I will demonstrate using the ACT Matrix across three sessions with two separate clients. The session videos are what I’m most pleased with, because I believe in showing the reality of therapy. The videos are not edited in any way. They are raw, real, and not polished to perfection. You’ll see me make mistakes, and stumble over my words. You’ll see my clients be skeptical and ask for clarification.
There are six session videos in total, three with a client named Angela, and three with a client named Leyla. Both sets of videos cover using the matrix for the intake session, and then two follow up sessions which (luckily) demonstrate significant progress for each client.
