I recently sat down with professor Philipp Klein, Phd, of the University of Lübeck. He’s been doing some amazing research using Network Theory and the ACT Matrix. (You can read more about him here: https://psychiatrie-luebeck.de/get-to-know-prof-dr-jan-philipp-klein-from-the-track-psychosomatics-better/ )
In this interview we talk briefly about his work and what a Network Theory informed approach is, and then we dive deep into using the ACT Matrix in a realplay where I am the client.
Forgive my excessive “uhmm...”-ing in the beginning, I had just come out of a million meetings one second before this recording, so I was discombobulated.
It’s worth the watch to see the ACT Matrix in action as how it might look in a real session.
