An animated intro to the ACT matrix

Though the ACT Matrix has existed for over a decade and there have been three books written all about it, there still hasn’t been a great explainer/intro to the system for laypeople/clients. Which is strange because it’s a visual system that lends itself well to video.

All of that was true until about four days ago when Dr. Louise Hankinson & Aika Hui created a wonderful animated video that walks through the ACT Matrix from scratch.
