Our next office hours event will focus on using the ACT Matrix in Group Settings.

ACT Matrix Office Hours is a monthly open meeting hosted by me where we can talk all things matrix, therapy, ACT, etc.

Here’s some of what we do:

• We engage in lively discussion about clinical work.

• We workshop new and different ways of using the matrix.

• We geek out about theoretical applications of ACT, RFT, and contextual behavioral science.

• We learn techniques and share knowledge.

• We connect & share with each other openly and honestly.
