[Video] Interview with Lior Biran of the Israeli ACT Center
On survival, vitality, and the state of the world. . .
A few months ago Lior and I met through Facebook. I noticed his ACT Matrix course, and was blown away. He works with a small group of ACT therapists in Israel, and they have tons of great material.
In this interview we talk about his life, work, and the state of the world.
Here’s a little more about Lior in his own words:
Lior Biran - Supervisor clinical psychologist, working, teaching, studying and living ACT. Teaching ACT in several psychotherapy programs, part of the "Israeli ACT Center", one of the founders and the academic manager of the ACT program in Mifrasim Institute. Teaching in Tel Aviv University clinical psychology program. Working as a leading psychologist in the adult outpatient clinic in the Shalvata Mental Health Center as well as in a private practice.
You can visit Lior’s website at: https://www.act-il.org/
We are also doing a livestream Q&A Session together on Monday, September 12th. Details to come, so stay tuned!
Respectfully Submitted,
Jacob Martinez // Through the ACT Matrix
P.S.
The song I mentioned that inspired the S–V Matrix is *not* Demi Lovato, it's actually Selena Gomez's Revival: https://youtu.be/zseEC_csfLs
If you are doing interesting things with the ACT Matrix, or just want to talk about how you’re using it, let me know and maybe we can do one of these interviews together.
