Hi there!
Through the ACT Matrix is a (sometimes) weekly newsletter about the ACT Matrix and ACT related topics. It's also where I dish out bonus material, free resources, and interact with readers. New posts to your inbox on Monday and Friday morning (Central US Time).
It’s also a community of people interested in using the ACT Matrix in clinical work. Totally free, forever, (you can buy my rabbit Charlie some treats if you enjoy the content).
If you have absolutely no familiarity with the ACT Matrix, read the three linked posts from my main website. That'll bring you up to speed on anything else I ever post.
This is what’s important to me.
To put it simply, for the past several years I've been dissatisfied with the quality of matrix content & training available online. That’s why I built my website and that’s why I started this magazine. It’ll let me experiment with new content more easily and more quickly.
Here you will find:
Bite-sized webinars that cover the matrix from A-to-Z. By subscribing you’ll get notified about them and get first access. No CEUs will be available unfortunately, in part because these are more informal meetings with no set length, and the cost to provide CEs would be prohibitive. These little webinars will be free and recorded for later viewing.
Downloadable materials hot off the press (Matrix and general ACT related stuff)
Discussion posts where we can all converse
Audio and video posts
ACT tidbits and fun stuff
I’ll also do occasional ACT Matrix “Office Hours” where anybody who joins can ask questions, participate in some case conceptualization, do a real-play, or pretty much anything else related to clinical work. Think of it as a free consultation hour.
Respectfully Submitted,
Jacob Martinez // Through The ACT Matrix
